Mid-air collision near Boulder, CO

Report of a Cirrus hitting the tow rope of a glider tow operation.  One fatality in the tow plane, four fatalities in the Cirrus.  Glider landed okay.  You tube film on internet.  Parachute looked like it worked, but Cirrus burned all the way down.  I never considered that when thinking about the Cirrus.. Bummer..  This is from preliminary reports and subject to change with further clarification..

It certainly is tragic.  CNN had a video of the burning aircraft descending: must have been the Cirrus.  Thoughts and prayers to the families involved.
