CAP Redcap Mission on the Guiding Light ???

I don't watch the soap operas (but unfortunately my wife does) and she had the TV on this morning. A commercial for the "Guiding Light" was making like there would be a crashed airplane in Florida episode... I am wondering if CAP will be in the plot? Any of you FLWG guys been called for technical advice? Will Kachenmeister be the IC? Will Tony Pineda make an appearance as the ousted commander who turns up to save the day?

Yes, they contacted me.  I will be flying to Florida in the very near future to assist them with the set and technical aspects.  They want it to be as real as possible.  I guess its going to be a high budget deal which is rare for soaps.  Ill let you guys know how it goes and maybe get some autographs.

Nobody else is good looking enough.

Then, of course, the hottest chick on the show will fall in love with me, leave her husband, and get pregnant, after which I will reveal I had a vasectomy, so housewives can speculate for months on who the daddy is.

Then we will, with great drama, reveal that I had a long lost twin brother who posed as me and got her pregnant, but he is now missing in the Amazon jungle where he went as a missionary to convert cannibals to Christianity.

My wife watches this drivel too.  At full volume since she is nearly deaf.

SFX: <airplane engine zooming past>

<Wife listening to cellphone>

HUSBAND: "I'm losing altitude -"

WIFE: "No!"

HUSBAND: " - and I just wanted to hear your voice one last time."

WIFE: "He was on this plane over Florida, there was mechanical problems and now we've got to find him!"

ANNOUNCER: " - and now she has one last hope."

ACTOR: <standing over map> "This is not the time for you to go down to Florida and start looking for Jeffery!"

WIFE: "So does this mean you are coming? Either you are in or out!"

When I get on set, Id be happy to take any suggestions for plots via PM so that I can later take credit for them in an open forum.  Jack, work with it baby, I see a role for you.  Possibly as the sexy FBO fuel boy/ex cop who pours sugar into the gas tank of the airplane (a Pilatus PC12)that belongs to the husband of the woman you are having the affair with.  I like it.
