Are any of you guys or gals headed to NESA this summer?

N Harmon

I am signed up to attend the GSAR Team Leader school. If anyone here has gone through it, I would like to know what to expect.
NATHAN A. HARMON, Capt, CAP
Monroe Composite Squadron

Angus

I'm signed up to be on staff the second week.

N. Harmon, I did GTL last year.  It was the best experience.  I had great team mates and great instructors.  You'll learn so much the head of the school helped right the book literally.

You'll see me intermittently over the two weeks at the Aircrew school. I start my new job with Louisville Metro EMS around the same time, so when I'm not at work, I'll be up there.

Wish I was going - but I am just finishing hosting the Inland SAR Planners Course the prior week.  Too much fun in too short a period time is not a good thing.

I am serving on staff at my wings encampment, leaving friday night (day early) spending 6 hours at home (sleep) and getting on a plane at 0600 Saturday to go to NESA and spending two weeks there. Fun, eh?
