Does anyone have a job description for a group-level CIS officer?  I checked 20-1, didn't see anything there.

Any guidance is appreciated, thanks.

It is not an administrative position in CAP that I'm aware of.  I thought it was just an ES qualification.

There is a Wing CISM position. I know because NER CISM has been asking us (RIWG) to fill it. Not sure of the reg that does list it.

CAPR 60-5 has all the pertinent information regarding CISO's.  The CISO is a region and wing level position.  I suggest having your wing CISO present your question to national CAP/CISM.  National is having regular conference calls with region and wing CISO's.
