Anyone care to share some examples of recruiting flyers (fliers?) you designed and utilized?  I did a search on it, and didn't come up with anything.

Thanks!

Sweet!  Thank you, sir!  Those are great!

Here's a few recent recruiting fliers from my unit.  We just print a big stack in color on glossy paper and distribute about 20 to 30 per cadet to post up at school and around the community.

The format and presentation of the fliers is excellent, but what is with the uniforms in the first two (same picture..)?

The cadet on the far left is wearing a flight suit, but looks far too young to be part of a flight crew, the third from the left is wearing a crewneck undershirt, and the girl fourth from the right is wearing a tuck-in blouse untucked..

Is this the image we want to present to the public? I point it out because if national published something like this in an internal publication there would be a small riot, and this is recruiting material for the public...

Yes, no offense Pylon, but those cadets are not properly in uniform and I would pick something else. I have the same issue sometimes when I want to take pics. I'll take one of the whole group then ask those not properly in uniform to step out so I can take pics for the public. Only about 1/3rd of the cadets in the one picture are in uniform. In the last one, they looked better until I noticed the one cadet in black pants with no insignia on the collar but what appears to be a ribbon. There are some great samples on the NHQ site under eServices. Look on the left side for recruiting material and there is a link from there to samples you can customize.

No offense taken.  I have a photo shoot with a professional photographer on the table for this spring once the snow melts and that "big yellow thing" in the sky reappears.  I'll be able to ensure those members selected for the shoot have and arrive in perfect uniforms.   I do need better shots of our unit and members in action for both recruiting fliers and a new professionally-made tradeshow recruiting booth.

I generally avoid using the few photographs National has; I'd rather have pictures of our members showing activities we really do locally.  Pictures of John Q. Seniormember trucking through the mountainous woods with 72-hour-gear on, sitting at the ARCHER station in an Airvan, rappelling or Cadet Snuffy in a glider or 8 cadet officers walking through a brick archway don't represent the program teenagers will see at our unit.
