Does  the leadership for the 21st century Vol 1 need to be hole punched?
Because I was wondering.

Personal option; most of the cadet books are not three-hole punched these days. (They used to be back in my days as a cadink when dinosaurs roamed the earth... )

I know that my son's was already punched when he got it. That was about 1 year ago.

I got some sent by mistake and they were hole punched that was about 5 months ago

I got some sent as well - but it's a quirk in eServices; if you were a former cadet and earned the Mitchell award or higher and got it re-registered on eServices, it automatically sends you the Phase III set of books.
