Hey I am going to through the mission scanner training in the morning and trying to get my papaer work together.  I was told there was a form about emergency contact info or something to that extent but I am unable to find it.  Anybody know what I am talking about?

One little hint that makes a world of difference.

If you print the CAPF 60 at 50% and then laminate it, it comes out to the size of a business card that you can hang with your 100.101

Because you always need a 60 on you, this is how I get away with not carrying a full size one in my pocket.

Then you take 2 other copies to give to appropriate staff.  At least 1 person on the ground should have this form.  Usually you will give one to the person at check-in and one to your Branch Director (on missions that is)

Also, if you're from a WMU state, you can't print your 101's until the Form 60 info has been entered...
