Email notifications out of eservices?

Are those of you who are commanders, etc., receiving email notifications out of eServices for promotions, ops approvals, etc?

I don't get them, and my last ticket to the Help Desk was closed without resolution as they "know what the issue is and are working to resolve it..."  The system automatically closed the ticket because it sat idle too long.

I get them for members of the HQ unit, and subordinate commanders

I don't get them for my subordinate unit members, although I can seem them in commander's corner

As I suspected - I don't see any of that (I do see approval waiting, but no emails).

I was getting them for a short time, then they stopped.  I just check my Commanders Corner and Ops Quals inboxes daily...
