MER Web Site and Ribbon Checker?

While running a link checker on the PAWG web site and doing some cleaning, I found the ribbon checker broken.  I tried going to MER.CAP.GOV, but it's broke.  Anybody know what's up?

I noticed the same thing while checking for bad links on my squadron site.  When I try to browse directly to the MER site I get a message saying that I'm not authorized to view the page.  Perhaps the MER webmaster messed up the "public" read permissions on the website files.

A couple people PMed me and said there were some staff changes.  Could be related.

The MER Website URL changed to something like mercap.us but off to top of my head I can't remember it

Looks like they have MERCAP.org but it's not up and running.  A search of that URL on Google turns up sub pages of the website that also don't open but are in the Google cache.  They may just be in the process of transitioning to the new site.
