..and if download, it's the slightly crooked, scanned copy of probably the 'last' paper one they had.

Scanned, being bitmap, was not the most efficient method of printing. I wanted a nicer looking one.

It prints much faster, you can make multiples with the unit/test/whatever pre-filled in. ..and it's not on the page crooked with random 'dot noise' sprinkled about.
