Missing tasks?

Have any of you taken a look at one of the online SQTR worksheets for a qualification that you already have in the recent past?  I looked today and found that while my 101 card was still showing me qualified in several specialties that if I looked at the worksheets they were missing many, many tasks that were definetely in there before. 

Is it just me?

I had to fix everything too.  When they added the IC-100 block, it looks like they didn't port it real well.  I was missing my GBD.  Once I put the dates in there, everything seemed ok.  Also, I noticed that many of my cadets lost their quals.  This was due to me failing to recognize that the commander's block needed to be filled in.  I filled them all out and submitted them to my commander and this should fix the problem.

Didn't lose any quals -- just a whole bunch of the tasks within the quals.

Well that's wierd.  I don't know how that could have occured.  Sure someone didn't run down your list clicking delete or anything?  Don't know what would cause that.
