CAPP-2 ELT/EPIRB search

I would like to point out that CAPP2 ELT/EPIRB search http://level2.cap.gov/documents/u_081503135122.pdf is in need of a few  updates.  The latest version is 17 years old and is out-of-date in certain areas:

1.  Needs updated section on PLB since they are now approved for use in the lower 48.  While finding them is similar, some updated information on the "legal" status of these missions, encouraging CAP members to work with local LE to ensure CAP is called in, etc. needs to be added in.

2.  Needs to have a section on the use of the Becker DF unit.  While the Becker manual is widely available, it doesn't really give specific instructions on the tactics you need to use to utilize the Becker in a search. 

3. Include info on the new types of ELTs out there. 

4.  Info on new types of handheld DF units. 

5.  The freq info for training beacons is way out of date. 

Anything else?

How about just dropping it as a CAPP and putting said infomation in the ES task quide.....one stop shopping for all your ES needs.
