Myths and Legends site??

I can't find the old Myths and Legends that used to be connected to the Cadet page on the national website.  Does anyone know how to find it?  I am looking for several things, one in particular.  The one dealing with cadets answering in the third person, ie., Sir, this cadet does not have his pen and pencil, sir.  I am sure that I read that is not supposed to be, but now I can't find the site and I have some cadets telling me that is the way it is to be done.  I would really like some place to refer them to before I chew their tail for insubordination..
