Is there a doc which outlines the procedures and requirements for an SUI?

Specifically I am trying to determine if there is a specific  minimum number of inspectors required (and a few other questions).

Note, I have the current guide, but that only has the inspection points and questions, not a procedure manual or guidance for the inspector.

PM me if a private discussion is preferred.

I don't see it - page 4 is about Sexual Harassment Complaints and Whistleblower program.
And I don't even see a Chapter or paragraph 11.

123-2 looks to be about processing complaints.

I need info on the requirements for conducting a Subordinate Unit Inspection.  I"m specifically loking for a guide that tells the inspectors what the rules are.

Sorry, CAPR 123-3.

I'm putting together a class on complaint investigations for our wing conference next month and it was on my mind.

Thank you, this helps but may not provide the answer as it does't actually specify any information about SUIs - this is mostly on SAV's and self-assessments.

I need to find something that specifies how many members are required to be on an SUI inspection team.

What do you mean? CAPR 123-3 Section 11 is precisely about SUI's.

Take a look on the IG's web page near the bottom, the guides were there last time I looked.

Unless we're talking about a different doc, its not.  An SUI is not a self-assessment.

This is the document I am referring to: http://level2.cap.gov/documents/R123_003.pdf

In this document, section 11 is titled Subordinate Unit Inspections (SUIs).

Thank you - as has happened before, there is another version of this reg on NHQ's site, dated 1998 in the PD section. (I won't link to it to avoid this for others).

For those of you scoring at home, the above link is the correct one, and contains exactly what I need:

Quote from: CAPR 123-3 (AUG 2004)
1) At no time will an SUI be performed with fewer than two highly qualified inspectors, although three team members is desirable.
2) For inspections of units with a flying program, the team must be comprised of at least one qualified mission pilot. The mission pilot on the team should be well versed in aircraft operations and maintenance, flying safety, and CAP flying directives.
3) For inspections of units with a counterdrug flying program, the team must be comprised of at least one counterdrug qualified mission pilot.
