If you look at a user's profile you can see how long they've been a member of the forum.  For example, from your profile:

I found CapTalk.net in 2005 when I was deployed to Iraq. I used to go to the internet cafe when I had time and I was surfing the net looking for CAP message boards and I found this one and CAPBlog

RogueLeader

Before I found CapTalk, I had found CapPortal.  was only there for couple months before closed down, then made my way here.

I, too, started on CAPortal and migrated to CAPtalk.  Have no real idea when all that occured: time gets a bit meaningless when you are my age.

I enjoy my wanderings through CAPtalk, but sometimes I just lurk and read.  I know, it sometimes drives the young guys nuts.

Merry Christmas.

Strange, we gained 24 members in that two day period.   :o

Way to go, Tedda! You mentioned it!

I've been around for a while, though I must admit to having completely forgotten about CAPTalk's existence for... a long time. Now I check up on threads that sound interesting, and even post from time to time.

07 Februrary 2005... I'm pretty sure I was a C/Capt way back then. ;)
