It is with great sadness the family of Philip Trombino, age 74, of Wingdale New York announces his passing on December 8, 2018.
Philip was born in New York City to the late Margaret (Cauli) and Frank Trombino. Mr. Trombino loved his Family, God and Country. He worked for the City of New York and he had many interests. He was a 3rd Order Franciscan and an Eucharistic Minister, a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus, and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol.
Mr. Trombino is survived by his wife and soul mate of over 49 years, Corie. He is also survived by his beloved children, his son Marc Trombino of New York City, NY, his daughter Lisa Marie Trombino-Preston, and his son in law John Preston of Woodbridge VA. He is also survived by his cherished grandson, Michael who was the light of his life. Philip is also survived by his brother Frank and sister in law Adele, of Danbury, CT and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
