Are CPR Pins  (ARC Instructor lapel pins) authorized for wear on dress blues if they are worn IAW uniform regulations, or are only CPR Patches authorized for BDU's/ABU's?

Are there any lapel pins authorized for Blues?

DakRadz

Lapel pin appear 5 times in the reg. Two each for male and female corporate blazer, once for wear on civilian clothing. Nothing appears for their wear on blues, which means they are not authorized.

No. Only the patch is authorized, here: Page 110 (113 on the PDF with ICLs)

10.7.23 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Patch. May be worn by individuals who have
satisfactorily completed CPR training, as awarded by a CPR-training agency whose training standards
meet the US Department of Transportation “National Guidelines for First Aid in Occupational Settings”.
Patches will only be worn while the member is current. Patch will be appropriate in size and appearance
for the uniform being worn and that authorized by the agency that completed the training.

Patch, no pin. These are also the only 3 CPR results in the entire reg.

The CPR patch is not authorized on the ABU, as it is not mentioned in CAPM 39-1 Attachments 8-1 through 8-3.

So you can wear it on BDU's just not ABU's.
