After well over a year, we were finally able to get our charter! 

Now to get workin' on our Level Ones, Safety, OPSEC, etc.... ;D

Holding Pattern

Your mission: Become the biggest squadron in the state. You have 3 months. Good luck. :D

Being in squadron command is easy.  It's like riding a bike.  Except the bike is on fire, you're on fire, everything is on fire, and you're in hell.  Oh, and you have to meet compliance on safety, logistics and finance by next week.  Plus, you have an inspection to pass.

Are there any particular resources you need at the moment?  Sample materials and such?
