Bought the kit and some PVC glue, then during rocketry night, tasked my senior cadet with spearheading the construction, with the only caveat to make sure all cadets had a hand in construction, so teams were established to construct in stages.

I crossed my fingers, and prayed a bit, but they came together with a working launcher.  Was very proud of them, and impressed with the results.  I think we were seeing around 100ft and better. We used the air launching to practice altitude tracking since the turnaround on the launches is very quick.  8)

We didn't push the envelope too much but kept the pressure around 50psi.  Would be interesting to experiment a bit with pressures/volumes and configurations.
