File Plan

Does anybody have a File Plan that they can share with me?

1.  Open Drawer
2.  Shove in file
3.  Close drawer

4.  Never, under any circumstances, remove anything from drawer.

Alternate plan:
1. Scan file to computer
2.  Shred hard copy
3.  Forget where you scanned the document
