I need a memory jogger.

Duty performance promotions can be processed either on-line or by submitting  CAPF2.  What I can't recall is where the electronic process starts in e-Services!

I'm sure that I don't have the correct privileges to initiate the process but I'd like to be able to guide the CC or CD to the right place.

The Promotions module in eServices is part of the Membership System selection in the right-hand Restricted Menu for those with the privileges to access it.

BTW, promotions are done on a Form 2, not 2a.

SAR-

I do not know where he goofed, as he has on the subject line CAPF 2a but on the message body he uses CAPF 2. Did he made a mistake writing "CAPF 2a" on the subject line, intended to write "CAPF 2a" in the body and erred instead writing "CAPF 2," or did he remember the correct form?

The subject line is incorrect, since he is talking about promotions in the OP.

We know. What I am trying to ask is "did he not know the subject line was incorrect," or "did he know it but made a typing error on the subject line?" Or did he not know and meant to type CAPF 2a on the message body but goofed typing CAPF 2 instead?

Maybe it is a moot point and am only doodling...

"He" happens to be here as it happens....

An honesty to goodness typo.

I got the answer that I actually needed.

Matter closed, with thanks to all.
