I've run into a few server internal errors tonight, but for the most part CAP Talk is handling the load of the CAPM 39-1 draft being published. A big thank you to the folks that keep CAP Talk up and running, your service is appreciated by many and we don't frequently enough share that sentiment with you.

So thanks to the admins!

Hate to break the news to you ..

.. so I won't.

Kieloch was in NYC last I looked. I think CAP-Talk is as far from his mind as it gets.

Not sure were Mike J's at, but I picture him with his finger hovering over the "Moderate" button. :)

And I'm betting Jerry is not babying the server.

Are we up to 22 pages on that thread yet?

Frankly - the new draft is basically the "Duke Nukem Forever" of regulations.

You have it in hand. Not vaporware.

:)

Now, is it perfect?  No.

Neither is DNF, however they both...

Took 10+ years to produce.

Changed hands multiple times.

Were essentially what was expected but not spectacular enough to warrant 10 years of development.

Missing key features and obsolete upon release.
