In my squadron there is a cadet who wants to become a navy SEAL. He is in good physical shape and looking for a NCSA to go to. He's interested in PJOC. I do not know a lot about PJOC. Do you think PJOC would be a good NCSA to go to for an aspiring Pararescuemen, Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, ect? I know it is incredibly physically demanding but is it more focused on first aid and/or emergency services?

Another thing, When will all the NCSAs for 2014 appear? How can he apply? I have heard about an "NCSA button" in eservices where you can apply but I cannot find it.
HELP! I am the highest ranking active cadet in my squadron. ???  :(  :'(  :-\  :-[  ;D

PS> I am wishing they still had Combat orientation course. that would the thing he would want to go to.

It appears they are updating the NCSA site.  Generally you can start applying 1 Dec.

You can register for NCSAs in eServices using the 'Registration and Payment System' option.

There are a few activities already on the NCSAs website and they'll continue to add more as they become available.

There has never been a "combat orientation course" in CAP.  That is usually known as Basic, Boot Camp, BMT, etc.

Now, Combat Control Orientation Course is run by the Fayetteville Composite squadron in North Carolina on Pope Army Air Field. The 2013 course was canceled to the sequestration.  As far as I know, the course will still be offered in the summer of 2014.  I so want to go back. . . .

Of any courses offered in CAP, PJOC and CCOC would be the most in line with the cadets future aspirations.
