Yes, but that does not remotely give you the amount of information that Member Search does. . . which is what you asked about.

If you need contact info, you can get that in WMIRS

If there is a valid reason, cadets can be granted access to member search by a WSA at the appropriate level.

..and if you have access to logging Safety participation, you can see any member name in the whole organization. But nothing else about it.
