2014 Summer NCSA Registration Opens

You can begin to apply for summer national activities on 1 December and you have until 15 January to apply to be in the initial slotting.

You could have looked this up under the Cadet Programs website.

I think capearthart was asking when the NCSAs are announced, not when they are open for applications. I believe they announce them on Nov 1st.

^ Correct. They aim to have them announced on or around Nov 1st. The winter NCSAs (e.g., CLA) are typically announced on Sept 15th.

Again, something I would expect a Cadet Captain to be able to look up, rather than asking others to do it for him. BTW the dates shown are what's on the NCSA website.

Agreed. I don't have signatures turned on, so I never know who is what. Of course, now that I'm studying OP's username, I should have been able to figure it out.

I've checked the website before, but I was unable to find where it said when they posted the dates.  Also, with all due respect, I'm a "her" not a "him"     Thanks for the info everyone!

How hard did you look?

The NCSAS.com web site has a FAQ section and an Important Dates section.  Guess what I found as the first important date?

No, check out the important dates section of the ncsas.com web site.  Squadron and wings have until the 15th of February to approve and then NHQ will have the results out on 15 March.
