Does anyone have a digital version of the Civil Engineering academy patch?

Why would a Civil Engineer need to know how to use Photo Shop?

Engineering, on any level, is about design, proper use of tools, and in many cases, aesthetics.

That insignia violates just about every rule.

It's just a slightly modified version of the Air Force Red Horse patch.

That doesn't make it "right" - the scroll is incorrect (mixed case and not shaped correctly), there are
graphic elements >in< the scroll, and as you say, the design look lifted from some other image,
and is the pixelation will give any graphic person OCD.

Well then why don't you fix for them? I'm sure they would appricate it.

As someone with a master's in CE, I would not expect anyone at a CE academy to know how to use Photoshop. AutoCAD, yes; Photoshop, no.

Fair enough - how about someone, between whoever used MS Paint to put it together, and whomever approved it, assuming it was ever approved,
saying "good first draft, try again".

Just a couple of questions.

What do civil engineers do in CAP? I wasn't aware we had any and am unsure what mission they serve in CAP.

What uniform would this glorious patch be authorized to be worn on?

It's an NCSA for career exploration like a few others - not mission focused.

It can be worn where other NCSA patches are worn.
