May I present to you the most godawful-visible vest in the world. My current solution, and my wing ES Training Officer is making noises about getting them issued across the board.

The problem with all vests....and the idea of visibility....is that they have to go on over your gear and pack or they are useless.

Not completely useless, it also depends on the gear

We have those at work with a big black at&t and the deathstar on them.

(Most of us current AT&T employees call the at&t globe logo the "deathstar".)

Don't get me started on their fiber & T1 teams...

I wear something like that when I'm not wearing my True North vest. I get it at Wal-Mart, they carry a size that fits my extra-large gut, and it even has a hook to clip my radio mic to.

I have two vests very similar to the orange one in the link. One is in my truck, and the other is in my gear bag. Both ANSI Class II.
