Help on BDU pants

Are these within regulations, AS THE PICTURE SHOWS? I know that the product may be different than the picture, but would you buy it? I looked at 39-1 and didn't see any specific regs on them:

Yes.  Make sure that the top you get (or have) matches the same material.

I bought a unopened Propper top on ebay for $15 and really don't feel like spending $30-35 for a Propper pair of pants, but they should be the same right?

These should be fine, but why don't you just buy them from BDU.com so that you can return them if you have issues.

I tried recently. Couldn't match proper color/material between top/bottom. My first set, either them or me screwed up, and iI have a mismatched set...
