Promotion Paperwork Question

   Last night at my squadron, I promoted from C/SrA to C/SSgt.  Today, I am filling out my squadron's promotion paperwork for my future promotion to C/TSgt.  Last night we had a character development class and you are required to take one of those classes prior to promoting.  Can I check off that I had a Character Development class even though it was just yesterday at my promotion ceremony I had one?  Also, I have to attend another CAP activity while being a C/SSgt to promote, correct?

Those sound pretty squadron/individual specific.
I would start with your chain of command.

What is the date of your WBA in eservices?

  In eservices the date for my WBA was yesterday, 4 Feb 2013.

In that case technically it would count, as it happened after you became a C/SSgt.

What's the hurry?

You have at least 56 days. You're supposed to have at least two CD sessions between now and then, if your using the recommended schedule.

Avoid the gray area.
