Hello everybody I am Joshua. This is my first question so I will get right to it. I have just got the opportunity to be the activities airman. I need to plan fun physical activities to do for PT night. I am in utah so it is cold outside, so I need some ideas for indoor activities. We have acces to a gym with a track, walleyball/dodge ball court, tennis court, basketball court, weights, pads, and ETC. overall it is just a normal base gym. If some of you can give me some ideas for fun fitness realated activities I would be very grateful.

Thanks, Joshua

I suggest you look into the European style dodge ball, where you have the field with the players, but also a captain of each team, outside of the box, opposite of the other team. It requires some more teamwork, and also lets you practice some "stressful" situations where being the last man standing is all on the captain's shoulders.

We play Ultimate Frisbee from time to time.

BTW - What unit are you in? I started CAP in UTWG up in Cache Valley. If you know any of the "Crickets", tell 'em Capt. Walker says "Hi!"!

You could do relays or races on your track. As in your training flight against your regular one. Our squadron did that one night on our track.

Another option you could take advantage of would be to setup several stations and have a 2 minute rotation to each station. Each station would be geared towards an individual exercise that could target each area such as legs, abs, chest, etc... If you need further guidance I can provide you with more.
