Automating CAPWATCH download

Is anyone here automating their CAPWATCH downloads?  Looking for a Perl, wget or curl recipe if you have one.  Thanks!

Good starting point, just not sure how comfortable you are with NHQ getting spammed on a regularly scheduled basis with your CAPID doing a CAPWATCH pull

I automatically remember every Tuesday morning to take a minute out of my busy schedule to click a few links. Anything else I just add to SIMS manually, like it's been done for about 10 years now. Automating a download in the rare instance that someone will remember to update a phone number of email they forgot to update in eServices a year ago? Or a cadet takes an online test and someone didn't put me in as an assistant testing officer? Give me a break.
