Interesting that the National Commander can be extended in office from 1-3 years after the initial 3 year term; and the Vice serves at the will of the NC and can serve an undefined term under several NC's.

Also interesting...if the CAP/CC leaves office, the CAP/CV does not take over the role of CEO...

I read that as the Vice would "fulfill " the duties until a new CEO/National Commander is selected.

Volunteer leadership only, COO becomes acting CEO
