Go to eServices, ORMS on the right side.  There's a fairly good users guide in there (somewhere).  Poke around a bit and explore your new found magic powers, just don't hit save or submit and you can't cause too much harm...

I recommend browsing through the supply part of the subordinate unit inspection guide. Tons of info and references.

Grab Pamphlet 206: http://www.capmembers.com/media/cms/P206_262008A414DF1.pdf. and
download the latest SUI guide from the IG website.

You'll have to sign the back of a CAPF2a accepting responsibility for whatever property the unit has on its inventory.
DO NOT SIGN IT until you have the report and have done a full inventory of the property.  You don't want to accept responsibility for something that is missing.

And never, ever report something as "FOB".  Unless it really was.

Ya ive downloaded the 206 already.

FOB(Found on Base) see im learning already.

1. Have your commander assign you in eServices. That will open the ORMS Logistics functions to you.
2. Print out your unit's inventory from ORMS.
3. Conduct a 100% hands on inventory. If something is issued to a member, have them bring it in.
4. If ANYTHING is missing, have your predecessor initiate a Report of Survey on it BEFORE signing off on the inventory.
5. If ANYTHING is damaged, change the condition. Serviceable, Serviceable Needs Repair, Unserviceable/Damaged, Missing. Setting condition as "Missing" automatically initiates a Report of Survey.
6. In ORMS, you can conduct a change-over inventory.

Keep in mind the following items are NOT Logistics responsibility:
Radios (handhelds, mobiles, and ISRs)
DF Units
Practice Beacons
Power Supplies
Other communications gear

If you are wearing the Communications Officer hat as well, you may be responsible for them, but not as Supply Officer.

Devil Doc

Wow that is the most help ive gotton so far. Im going to learn the Supply and ES Technician level. Im going to keep Supply as my Hat. Since I wanna do ES Mainly.

Also a good way to get YOU and your Commander in to trouble very, very quickly.

Remember, with great power comes great responcibility...
