I was wondering, I've snooped around online and only found the Powered Flight Academy age and cost, but not the glider academy. Is it 14 or 15 years old, and how much does it cost?

I'm wondering, will you leave the camp with your solo wings for gliders?

It depends on how well you learn what's taught. Some solo, some don't.

As I understand it, you only get pre-solo wings the first year of glider academy. If you go back a second year, then you have a chance to solo and earn the solo wings.
If you are confident in you abilities and experience, whether someone else is impressed is irrelevant. - Eclipse

Or you can get your pre-solo wings and then when your squadron possibly holds a glider weekend, you could solo their if you have all of the requirements done.

Ohhhh! Well, looks like I'm applying for some scholarships, unless a miracle happens there's no way I can pay for 2 years.
