Crew/Passenger Briefing Format

Does anyone have a crew/passenger briefing format for GA in general and/or CAP mission use?

I am putting together my flying reference checklists and don't want to reinvent any more wheels than absolutely necessary.

The Inflight Guide (http://nesa.cap.gov/Documents/MAS%20Uploads/Operational%20Mission%20InFlight%20Guide%20APR%202010.pdf) has a passenger briefing checklist as well as a very detailed crew checklist. Is this what you are looking for?
