Anyone know what happened to AFBlues?

was a friend of CAP, and late last year he started reducing his strips and alluded to some personal issue, now his site is 404.

It looks like he's still doing BOX D (now called Square D Scribbles)


And he's still writing articles for the USAF as of last month:

hmm strange, it was up yesterday.  He posted a while back that he would be suspending everything for a while due to things coming up that he didn't specify.

He posted on Facebook that his hiatus was coming to an end and that AFBlues was going away, but he would be creating something better.

Some posts on here eluded to, the way interpreted it, that the content of a particular strip in the HWSRN era caused some heartburn.

I certainly got the impression that the discontinuance was abrupt.

The first is pure speculation, as he stated that it was him and only him. The second is partially true. He stated that he knew it was coming, just sooner than expected.
