How to get Fam/Prep qulifications for GTM3?

I want to do the NJWG SAREX next weekend and I need my fam/prep qulifications. I have first aid, is100 & 700, GES, my commanders signature, and BCUT.

You're going to want to talk to your squadron's Emergency Services Officer or Commander about that. You will need that training before you can train for GTM3, but not necessarily before you go to the SAREX. Often times at SAREXs here, we will take a group of people and run them through the fam/prep in a classroom while those who already have them completed are doing the advanced training in the field.

Bear in mind that you cannot get mission credit unless you walk in the door with fam/prep completed.  Some training exercises are able to
accommodate "new guys" separately as part of the training, some do not have the manpower.

Most of the fam / prep should be accomplished at your home squadron in advance.

Make sure to confirm the expectations of the activity before you arrive.
