CAP Members Increasing Filing Complaints External to CAP!

After sitting in someone's inbox for the better part of four months, ..... etc and the Wing IG and the CC brushed it off due to what they called regulations that were hazy in the language of the reg.

....  Gee... imagine that. 

Been there, done that before.  I know of someone who had an IG investigation going on them for over a year and was never informed about it.  Until I put them in for a promotion and it was turned down twice without comment.  After forcing the issue we were finally told of the investigation.  The same CC mentioned above was involved.  After almost 2 yrs it was deemed unfounded.

On 11 January I sent a complaint to the Florida Wing IG. To date there has been NO response. Who says the IG system isn't broken?

Grumpy: at one time, I was informed(unofficially)that an IG complaint had been filed against me.  Wonder of wonders, I was never informed of the allegation.  I also never heard any more about it.  Same Wing CC.

BTW: I still have all of the paperwork concerning the one that I filed.  Someday, I will try to make it part of the Wing archives.

I tried to file a complaint but couldn't get in touch with the IG. Now the current IG thinks it isn't a valid complaint. I cited regs and fl statutes and he says "that is your opinion"
