Illinois Wing Summer Encampment had an RCLS last year IIRC. You may want to contact the encampment commander through channels to see if they're doing it again.

INWG will host an RCLS during Summer Encampment 14-21 July at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, IN.

MIWG will host an RCLS during Summer Encampment 11-19 Auguest at Alpena CRTC in Alpena, MI.
