Special Congressional Recognition - award??

Congressman Brad Sherman gave me a "special congressional recognition award."
Is there a ribbon that CAP has that you are allowed to wear if you have received that type of award?

No.

Frame it for the wall.

There isn't something for that specifically. But if you did something to get congressional recognition, the task to do so may be of virtue for an Achievement Award or perhaps a Commanders Commendation from Col. Stokes.  You don't have any control over that, of course.   That needs to come from your unit commander up through the chain for approval.
