Can you cite a real life case (in history?) where someone in CAP was denied insurance by CAP's provider because of what clothes they were wearing?

All I know is what the regs say, and what I've been told by people who are smarter on the subject than me.

I personally know of at least two cases involving bending an airframe and death where benefits were denied, or at least delayed, because
of lack of the proper uniform.  I can't, however, provide enough details to make it a "cite", however whenever we discuss this with CAP-USAF locally they bring them up.  This isn't "secret squirrel", this is lack of my personal attention span for the details.

All I know is that, when you consider how little it take to be "correct and protected', better to set the example, then be the example.
