How do I assign the role of squadron Cadet Commander in eServices?

NHQ (specifically the IT committee) has decided that cadets cannot be assigned positions in eServices, any position.

Interesting. So simply saying, "Poof! You're Cadet Commander" is all it takes now?

That's pretty much all it's ever taken. A PA or 2a to formalize it could be handy, but I don't think it is required. Make an entry on the Form 66 and it's a done deal.

CAPF 2a, same as always.

Exactly.  2a or Personnel Authorization, just like the regulations say.  These haven't been removed in favor of e-Services.
