Well, like I said, I use ICS forms to do daily IAPs for summer encampment. Some I use as is and some I modify slightly(like the 203) to reflect our needs. Some I don't use at all because they really don't apply to our operations. We use a Excel spreadsheet for our actual schedule. Plus we have some maps and other documents in there as well that are relevant to our operations.

At the end of each encampment that we have done this, I provide a packet with all the daily IAPs plus the master IAP for the week to both the State Director and the Wing Commander. Both have been very enthusiastic about our use of ICS and neither has had any problem with our form modifications. I think the only thing that would apply regarding our use of ICS came from the wing eval where Eclipse said the AF wanted us to stop using so much paper and more Powerpoint Projector types of status boards, etc.
