How to start a CAP composite squadron?

Exactly how do I start one? My college promised me space... I'd like to start cap here... :)

Start by looking at CAPR 20-3, as well as referencing CAPR 20-1. Those ought to help.

My guess is that he was a known troll using multiple usernames or something more along those lines.

The mods here don't just suspend/ban people at will, they're actually pretty tolerant most of the time. So if they suspend someone in less than 10 minutes and after only 1 post, then there's more going on than what we see. Yes, it is possible that this person wasn't a troll and was actually asking a legitimate question, but I rather doubt it.

No, your topic warranted it. Either your unit takes the "worst of the worst" award, or you were trolling.

This person did not get suspended for the topic. It was most likely an IP related bust.

Possible it was an ip related offense, he changes his ip every week...(dynamic :) )his isp is nicer than mine... I've had the same ip for over 9000 years.
