We got this new Tech Sgt. from a squadron in nevada,and im glad we got him,he's not mouthy like most of them,he gives advice,he politely corrects your posture for certain things and so on,so he's great for C/A 1st Classes like me.

Good for you and your squadron. Treat him well, listen and respond politely, make him feel good about his work and he'll likely keep doing things the right way.

Most new NCO's don't really have the tactfulness of some of the more experienced cadets so they often come across as pompous.
