It's no secret those in my AOR have an affection for the Navy, and an appreciation for the show "Carrier", as it gives a realistic
depiction of modern Naval life at sea.  We would do well to try and bring leaders and mentors like Master Chief Penton into
our program.

Anyone interested in "command voice" should watch him.   Soft spoken, no-nonsense, short sentences, and no question about
the periods at the end.

I really loved the Carrier series and I thought that this guy was a very good leader in an area filled with stress and conflict.
