Hmm, I must be having a very senior moment because I can't seem to find the thread on the NAT VC Commander reverting from BG to Col?

Was this thread completely removed from the site and if so the reason?

The thread in question is being reviewed for violations of the CAPTalk membership code of conduct.  We've never allowed CAPTalk to be used to criticize individuals or air personal dirty laundry.  This site will also not be a platform for character assassination or enabling unnecessary gossip.  That being said, when personnel actions occur at the highest levels and are matters of common knowledge or published orders, like with most Colonels and General Officers in CAP, there has to be a balance struck between discussing a current event and respecting the individual being discussed.  We will always err on the side of professionalism and decorum here.

At some point, as a moderator determines, some of those posts may return after the thread has been pruned.

Finally, understand going forward that we are human beings who run and moderate this site in our spare time, on top of our real jobs, and on top of our regular CAP duties.   Added to that, moderating threads and answering PMs are only parts of the workload; constantly beating back the flood of manual spammers and SEO hacks is practically a full-time job in itself.   So yes, it may take us time to respond to your PMs.  A little patience would be appreciated.
