So, I broke my slump and finished the Flight Commander achievement. I'm actually back heavily involved in CAP and motivated, so I tried to take the AE test online for C/1st Lt. I've already done this for the Flight Commander achievement, so it seemed like it'd be straightforward enough. Now, however, it says that no tests are available for me to take at this test time. (Ew. Oops.)

Any ideas as to why it won't let me test?

Are you sure you've been promoted for achievement 9, in the system?
Your tests for achievement 10 won't open up until achievement 9 is complete in e-services.

Approval date on Flight Commander says April 4, 2011.

It was backdated to my PT test since SDAs don't have a date attached, but it has gone through.

Well, here's the Cadet Track Record as of now.

On what day was it actually submitted/posted? If it was early today, wait until after about 2AM. Thats what I tell people, and I don't hear back from them that it's not there, when it's just a matter of issues of approvals and submissions that were done in the last 24 hours. Regardless of date on record, but based on date the (submit) was pressed.

Friday at the latest. I think Thursday, but no time to check email at the moment. So it's been a few days.

What exactly does it say when you click the Journey of Flight link in the Online Test Module?

Here's the second screenshot.

Almost forgot- NHQ sent me the CONGRATULATIONS! email on Friday. So I have completed the achievement.

AND... I forget what I was going to type....
Oh, yeah. Got it. I tried this in Internet Explorer and Chrome just to be safe. That's not it.

What do you normally see as a cadet, on the AE test selection?

When you're eligible for one, I gather you can select from any of the remaining modules/sections? Unlike Leadership where you are offered the next one you need.

So, should you be seeing a list of 6 there, since you've not taken any? - and when you pass one, you won't see any at all until the next time they are needed?

Leadership- Not currently offered to cadet officers at this time.
AE- Actually, I have taken one before, for Flight Commander/Achievement 9. That's why I'm confused. I have actually used the online AE system before, and now that I've advanced it doesn't work anymore.
And as you said, yes, there was a list for the AE section allowing you to choose one test to take.

Have you contacted the help desk with your problem?
If you are confident in you abilities and experience, whether someone else is impressed is irrelevant. - Eclipse

No problem. I've found that if there's a problem with the system, they respond fairly quickly with a fix.

They did indeed!

There was a problem with the last update to JoF tests. Either they were working on it already or I brought it to their attention, but it is now working as it should.
