military bases EV charge ports

For those who have been in the air force, do you know if military bases these days have Electric car charge ports???

I know that the army is testing EV at a base. Do anyone know if someday this may head torwards CAP?

There are a couple of EVs here at this base.  The Wing Commander drives one around.  I'm not sure where the charge ports are, but it appears to be more of a "run the extension cord" job for some Amn.
