NCC 2010 Participation Letter & Additional Escorts

We never received a participation letter from national for NCC 2010.  I'm also wondering how to document the additional escorts for their ribbon awards.  39-3 says we can award up to 6 seniors for their work.  I don't believe national has names past me and my sister (the two primary escorts.)  My commander would like to be sure to cross our T's and get the letter on file, especially because he was very active with NCC last year, was at almost every practice, and deserves to be on the list of the 6 seniors.  Do I call national or does someone here have an answer?

Are the additional escorts documented on your team's NCCF1?  If so, send that to your Wing Commander with the 2A to approve.

Wouldn't a participation letter from National make things so much simpler?  Are we really supposed to send ~20 2a's to wing awarding the ribbon to everyone?

You could send a Personnel Authorization with all 20 of the names and CAPSN's on it.
That way they only need to deal with one piece of paper.
